3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account with 88gf. This requirement is strictly enforced. 88gf verifies age through the KYC process using CNIC-issued date of birth. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to the originating payment method following investigation.
3.2 One Account Per Person. Each natural person may hold only one registered account on the 88gf Platform. Duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, CNIC number, email address, phone number, IP address, device fingerprint, or household — are strictly prohibited. 88gf reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and void any winnings accrued through duplicate registrations.
3.3 Accurate Information. You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information at the time of registration and at all subsequent times. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your date of birth, your current Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before wagering requirements are met will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance.
5.7 Currency. All transactions on the 88gf Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 88gf does not apply currency conversion fees on PKR transactions. For USDT TRC20 transactions, the applicable exchange rate at the time of the transaction will be used to convert the USD value to PKR, and this rate will be displayed in the cashier prior to confirmation.
5.8 Transaction Fees. 88gf does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own service charges, which are outside 88gf's control and responsibility.

6.7 Loyalty Programme. 88gf operates a tiered loyalty programme. Points accrual rates, tier thresholds, and redemption terms are governed by the Loyalty Programme terms, which form part of these Terms and Conditions.
7.1 Game Rules. Each casino game and sportsbook market on the 88gf Platform is governed by its own individual rules, which are accessible within the respective game interface or betting market. It is the player's responsibility to read and understand the rules of each game before placing bets.

11.3 Liability Cap. 88gf's total aggregate liability to you for any cause of action shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 88gf account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4 Third-Party Content. The 88gf Platform integrates games and content from third-party software providers. 88gf accepts no liability for errors, malfunctions, or losses arising from third-party game software, provided that 88gf has exercised reasonable care in the selection and monitoring of its software partners.
11.5 Your Responsibility. You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk. Losses incurred through normal gameplay are not subject to compensation or reversal. It is your responsibility to manage your gambling activity within your financial means.

13.4 Arbitration. This clause does not restrict either party's right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
